Learning activities, training and
capacity building
We provide innovative, effective and professional training and learning activities, for different audiences, using a wide range of approaches. We always focus on the desired learning outcomes and the context in which participants will be applying their new skills and knowledge. Learning is delivered through in-house processes and our own training events, to one organisation or to a multi-agency group.
Our learning activities include:
Workshop training events, with a mixture of direct input and group exercises- ‘Sandwich’ courses combining training with tackling a real task, then a follow up training day
- One to one or small group coaching
- Action learning – that is, supporting staff in tackling a real task, whilst learning about relevant skills and knowledge in this applied setting.
We offer training on:
- Partnership working: ‘off the shelf’ training
on generic issues and tailored support.
